Tee Time Policies

  • The golf course reserves the right to pair players at its discretion. 
  • Please arrive and check-in within 20 minutes of your scheduled tee-time.
  • Personal coolers and outside alcohol are not permitted.
  • Cancelations or changes must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled tee-time.
  • To cancel, use the cancelation link in the email or text notifications, or simply call the golf shop.
  • Reduce the number of players in your group within 8 hours of the scheduled tee-time to avoid fees for any unused spots. 
  • Charge amount: 50% of the total green fee and cart fee for each absent player
  • The charge will occur within 72 hours of the scheduled reservation.
  • Booking Fees are non-refundable

A “no-show” occurs when a golfer does not arrive for their reserved tee time and fails to cancel in advance.

  • Fees: A fee up to or equal to 50% of the prevailing green fee + cart fee may be charged to the credit card on file for each no-show reservation.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 8 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
  • Cancelations can be made thru the text or email confirmation, as well as by calling the golf shop.

Purpose: No-shows prevent other golfers from enjoying the course and negatively impact operations. This policy ensures fairness for all players.

A “short-show” occurs when fewer players than originally reserved check in (e.g., booking a foursome but only two arrive).

  • Minimum Requirement: Tee times should accurately reflect the number of players.
  • Fees: Golfers may be charged a fee up to or equal to 50% the green fee + cart fee for absent players if the reservation was not updated at least 8hours in advance.
  • Cancellations/Changes: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 8 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
  • Cancelations or changes can be made thru the text or email confirmation, as well as by calling the golf shop.

Purpose: Accurate player counts help the course schedule efficiently and maintain pace of play for all guests.

  • Green fee rates adjust in real time based on demand.
  • Rates are available on our website.
  • Choose the time and price that best fit your schedule and budget.
  • Promotional codes require you to be signed in to your booking engine account.
  • Codes cannot be applied in the shop or over the phone.

Course Policies

  • Outside coolers and outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Food and beverages are available in the pro shop and restaurant, including at the turn.
  • No outside alcohol: Bringing alcoholic beverages onto club property (course, parking lot, clubhouse, practice areas) is prohibited. No BYOB, tailgating, or parking-lot consumption.
  • Licensed service only: All alcohol must be purchased and consumed from the club’s licensed outlets. No corkage or personal alcohol allowed.
  • Coolers & checks: Personal coolers may be inspected by staff. Alcohol found will be confiscated and disposed of.
  • Age verification: Valid ID required for purchase or consumption. Supplying alcohol to minors is prohibited.
  • Intoxication: We may refuse service, suspend play, or remove guests exhibiting intoxication or unsafe behavior.
  • Violations: Violations may result in removal from the property, suspension of playing privileges, and/or forfeiture of fees.
  • If the course closes or becomes unplayable, rain checks will be issued.
  • Before teeing off: Full-value rain check may be issued.
  • After starting play: Prorated based on holes completed.
  • Validity: Rain checks are valid 12 months from issue and apply to green fees only.
  • Acceptable: Collared/golf-specific shirts, slacks/shorts/skirts, soft-spike golf shoes.
  • Not permitted: Cut-offs, swimwear, tank tops, metal spikes.
  • Management may refuse play for improper attire.
  • Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
  • Two riders and two bags per cart.
  • Follow signs and staff directions (including cart-path/90° rules).
  • The renting golfer is responsible for any damage.

Other Policies

  • Purpose: Non-marketing texts related to your reservations (confirmations, updates, weather/course alerts, important reminders).
  • Frequency: Varies based on activity.
  • Cost: Standard message/data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. Opting out may limit our ability to send reservation updates.
